service or warranty without an RMA number!

Please use this checklist before sending
an product to your closest importer/dealer.

1. Fill in the RMA form on our website


2. Await confirmation by email

    - this will take a few minutes

3. Print the received email


4. Include required documents

    - confirmation email
    - original invoice/purchase receipt*
    - warranty card*

4. Send the product and documents

    - write RMA# on package

* please note that without a valid warranty card and invoice we can not provide warranty!
